Main Hand

Horn Splitter (Sacred Fire) - Sacred Fire now ignites enemies burning them over two seconds causing damage over time.

Observerer (Punish) - Punish now has a stacking damage increase when it hits an enemy.

Off-Hand

Torrential Refrain - Condemn now instantly triggers all continuous damage on the target it hits.

Note: This spot could have gone to Gimcrack Butler for more Punish damage but Torrential Refrain is a powerful effect.

Main Hand 2

The Bristle (Sacred Fire) - Sacred Fire now also hurls waves of flames that damage enemies.

Wretch Splitter (Punish) - Punish now marks a target increasing movement speed when you move towards the target.

Off-Hand 2

Resplendent Mane (Sacred Fire) - Increases the attack speed of Sacred Fire each time you use Sacred Fire.

Justicar's Maw (Punish) - Punish reduces your damage taken for a short duration.

Helmet

Questor's Mien - Shield Charge now also has one additional charge.

Chest

Heart of Grandeur - Condemn now conjures a lightning storm that follows you and damages nearby enemies.

Shoulders

The Yawning Rose - Judgment now calls down bolts of fire to rain down in an area around you.

Legs

Luminous Respite - Shield Charge now charges an enemy knocking all other nearby enemies back and starts a duel. Both participants can only use primary attacks and you gain 50% reduced damage taken from other players during the duel.

Recommended Sets

1. Angmet's Conflagration (4 Set) - Causes primary attacks to attach an Ignite status that deals high damage over time.

2. Feasting Baron's Pack (2 Set) - This set is important to increase the duration of harmful effects by 30%.

3. Vithu's Urges (2 Set) - Increases the duration of beneficial effects on you and your allies by 30%.

Note: The high stacking damage over time from the Angmet's Conflagration set is triggered instantly on this build. The Feasting Baron's Pack set increases the duration of the damage over time by 30% before it's instantly triggered.

 

Best Curses

1. Lashed - Your primary attacks give a chance to generate three crackling whips that damage enemies.

2. Atrophied - Continuous damage causes a dark field to appear under enemies that deals damage over time.

3. Ghosted - Optional for PvP to summon a minion to take some of your incoming damage.

Best 5 Star Legendary Gems

1. Roiling Consequence - Increases your critical hit chance and causes critical hits to burn enemies.

2. Golden Firmament - Causes ranged wind attacks and increases your evasion rating.

3. Blood-Soaked Jade - Gives increased damage, reduces damage taken below 50% life, and increases movement speed.

4. Colossus Engine - Gives increased skill damage, increased area of effect, knockback immunity, and increased size (which increases your movement speed) for a medium duration with a 20 second cooldown.

5. ​Starfire Shard - Deals AoE damage and stuns enemies in PvP inside the Maw of the Deep legendary gem effect.

6. Blood Floe - Lower priority 5 star gem that increases damage, critical hit chance, critical hit damage, and causes bleed.

7. Maw of the Deep - Used at a high rank to deal damage, gain a damage buff, draw in enemies, and stun enemies.

8. ​Frozen Heart - A strong legendary gem for PvP that gives an absorb shield and chills opponents.​

Best 2 Star Legendary Gems

1. Pain Clasp - Gives high increased damage against enemies that have a continuous damage effect on them.

2. Mother's Lament - Increases your critical hit chance and causes a blood spike that makes enemies bleed.

3. Specter Glass - Increases the damage taken by enemies after critical hits and increases your critical hit chance.

4. Fervent Fang - Gives enemies a stacking damage taken increase when they are hit by an attack.

5. Mourneskull - This legacy gem can be used to increase your damage and deal damage but it no longer drops.

6. Power & Command - Lower priority two star gem that alternates between increased skill damage and primary damage.

7. Igneous Scorn - Can be combined with critical hit chance legendary gems to deal damage on critical hits.​ Igneous Scorn is the lowest priority 2 star gem and should be the first to be replaced with a ranked up five star gem.

8. Crimson Behelit - Strong PvP legacy gem with increased damage and reduced damage taken that's drop disabled.

Best 1 Star Legendary Gems

1. Misery Elixir - A budget gem that increases damage over time durations which are triggered instantly with this build.

2. Entropic Well - A great budget one star legendary gem that increases your skill damage and attack speed.

3. Everlasting Torment - A budget gem that deals damage over time on critical hits and increases your attack speed.

Note: These one star gems are budget gems and should eventually be replaced with two star or five star gems.

Best Familiars

1. Savior Duskprowler - Look for a 170+ Resilience legendary Duskprowler with the Savior passive skill which provides a cheat death and temporary damage immunity. The 170+ Resilience on the familiar lowers the cooldown of Savior.

2. Broodtalon/Skitterwight - Look for Savior which provides a cheat death and Lingering Wounds for increased damage.

3. Any Savior Familiar - Look for any 170+ Resilience familiar with Savior for a cheat death and great passive skills.

4. Rare Duskprowler - Relentless Strikes is the next best skill because it gives a chance to cast the Duskprowler shield twice. Innervate which gives a chance at resetting one of the player's skill cooldowns, Steel Hide which gives a chance to block, Precision which gives critical hit chance, and Tenacity which lowers the cooldown of the shield are also desirable.

5. Magic Duskprowler - Duskprowler shields are hard to replace so a rare or magic ability Duskprowler is the budget option.

Note: Broodtalons and Skitterwights have status effects over a duration which increases the duration of Lingering Wounds.

Normal Gems

Prioritize Tourmalines for added damage in red sockets and Citrines for Potency which increases harmful effects duration in yellow sockets which are important for this build. You can optionally combine all of your Rubies which give life and use one or two in red sockets for higher refinement. Refinement is determined by the quality of the gem and increases the  attributes of the gear it's socketed in. You can use one or two of your highest refinement Topazes for resistances in yellow sockets early on but you will eventually want to make the switch to just Citrines for higher Potency. The full duration of your damage over time will be instantly consumed on this build so Potency is a significant damage increase. You should also socket your highest refinement Aquamarines and Sapphires for increased armor and armor penetration in blue sockets.

Gem Notes

The Blood Floe five star legendary gem is a great option when it's combined with multiple sources of critical hit chance. The Colossus Engine legendary gem is great for builds that need increased area of effect and has increased skill damage, temporary knockback immunity, and gives increased movement speed from its size increase. Golden Firmament is a strong 5 star legendary gem that has wind damage, increased evasion rating, and it triggers Firestorms when mixed with burning damage which increases your wind damage. The Viper's Bite and Seeping Bile legendary gems aren't needed to trigger the damage increase on the Pain Clasp legendary gem from there being continuous damage on the target because this build already has plenty of continuous damage. The Roiling Consequence and Mother's Lament legendary gems give increased critical hit chance so you should consider rolling increased critical hit damage on your gear with Reforge Stones when using these legendary gems. You should also use a Frozen Heart gem in PvP for an absorb shield and to chill opponents.​
