Main Hand

Horn Splitter - Sacred Fire now ignites enemies burning them over a two second duration.

Off-Hand

Torrential Refrain - Condemn now instantly triggers all continuous damage on the target it hits. This causes damage over time effects to trigger their full duration instantly instead of just refreshing their duration when you hit an enemy.

Main Hand 2

The Bristle - Sacred Fire now also hurls waves of flame in front of you that damage nearby enemies.

Off-Hand 2

Resplendent Mane - Sacred Fire now also gives you a stacking increase to its attack speed on hit.

Helmet

Ammonis Cornua - Shield Charge now also increases your damage for a short duration.

​

Chest

Heart of Grandeur - Condemn now conjures a condensed lightning storm that follows you and damages enemies.

Shoulders

The Yawning Rose - Judgment now calls down bolts of fire to rain down in an area around you.

Luminous Respite - Shield Charge now charges an enemy knocking all other nearby enemies back and starts a duel. Both participants can only use primary attacks and you gain 50% reduced damage taken from other players during the duel.​

Recommended Attribute Priority (PvP)

1. Willpower (Potency/Resistances)

2. Fortitude (Armor/Armor Penetration)

3. Vitality (Maximum Life)

4. Strength (Primary/Skill Damage)

Note: Potency from Willpower increases the duration of damage over time effects which are instantly triggered on this build.

Recommended Sets

1. Angmet's Conflagration (4 Set) - Deals damage over time which is instantly triggered with the Torrential Refrain essence.

2. Vithu's Urges (2 Set) - Increases the duration of beneficial effects on you and your party members by 30%.

3. Feasting Baron's Pack (PvM 2 Set) - Extends the duration of your harmful effects which are then instantly triggered.

4. Untouchable Mountebank (PvP 2 Set) - Gives a chance to gain an absorb shield when you take damage.

Note: Look for yellow sockets on both of your rings and socket them with Citrines which give potency.

Recommended Skill Enchants

1. Judgment enchants should be used for PvP to chain enemies that have negative effects to the ground and stun them.

2. Condemn enchants can be used to make Condemn deal 25% increased critical hit damage to enemies below 30% life.

3. Conjuration of Light skill enchants give 8% increased movement speed during Conjuration of Light.

Best 5 Star Legendary Gems

1. Roiling Consequence - Increases your critical hit chance and causes critical hits to burn enemies.

2. Golden Firmament - Causes ranged wind attacks and increases your evasion rating.

3. Blood-Soaked Jade - Gives increased damage, reduces damage taken below 50% life, and increases movement speed.

4. Colossus Engine - Gives increased skill damage, increased area of effect, knockback immunity, and increased size (which increases your movement speed) for a medium duration with a 20 second cooldown.

5. ​Starfire Shard - Deals AoE damage and stuns enemies in PvP inside the Maw of the Deep legendary gem effect.

6. Blood Floe - Low priority 5 star gem that increases damage, critical hit chance, critical hit damage, and causes bleed.

7. Bottled Hope - Important in PvP for increased movement speed, increased damage, and cooldown recovery.

8. Haunt Coil - Should be used in your defensive stance to reduces your damage taken for a medium duration.

Best 2 Star Legendary Gems

1. Pain Clasp - Gives high increased damage against enemies that have a continuous damage effect on them.

2. Mother's Lament - Increases your critical hit chance and causes a blood spike that makes enemies bleed.

3. Specter Glass - Increases the damage taken by enemies after critical hits and increases your critical hit chance.

4. Fervent Fang - Gives enemies a stacking damage taken increase when they're hit by your attacks.

5. Mourneskull - This legacy gem can be used to increase your damage and deal damage but it no longer drops.

6. Power & Command - Lower priority two star gem that alternates between increased skill damage and primary damage.

7. Igneous Scorn - Can be combined with critical hit chance legendary gems to deal damage on critical hits.​ Igneous Scorn is the lowest priority 2 star gem and should be the first to be replaced with a ranked up five star gem.

8. Crimson Behelit - Strong PvP legacy gem with increased damage and reduced damage taken that's drop disabled.

9. Grim Rhythm - Gives a stacking attack speed increase which increases the number of instantly triggered DoTs.

Note: Pain Clasp, Crimson Behelit, and Mother's Lament are the top three two star gems and should be replaced last.

Best 1 Star Legendary Gems

1. Misery Elixir - An excellent one star gem for this build that increases DoT durations which are triggered instantly.

2. Entropic Well - A great budget one star legendary gem that increases your skill damage and attack speed.

3. Everlasting Torment - A budget gem that deals damage over time on critical hits and increases your attack speed.

4. Berserker's Eye - Increases all of your damage and critical hit chance but also increases your damage taken.

5. Faltergrasp - Disables opponents dash skills on critical strikes and greatly reduces the opponents movement speed.

Best Familiars

1. Savior Duskprowler - Look for a 170+ Resilience legendary Duskprowler with the Savior passive skill which provides a cheat death and temporary damage immunity. The 170+ Resilience on the familiar lowers the cooldown of Savior.

2. Broodtalon/Skitterwight - Look for Savior which provides a cheat death and Lingering Wounds for increased damage.

3. Ash Sweeper - Ash Sweepers are strong in PvP because they damage nearby enemies and mark an enemy reducing their damage by 20% for 3 seconds. They're also capable of having 170+ Resilience to reduce the cooldown of Savior.

4. Any Savior Familiar - You can use any familiar with Savior for a cheat death and great passive skills as an alternative.

5. Rare Duskprowler - Relentless Strikes is the next best skill because it gives a chance to cast the Duskprowler shield twice. Innervate gives a chance at resetting one of the player's skill cooldowns, Steel Hide gives a chance to block, Precision gives critical hit chance, and Tenacity lowers the cooldown of the Duskprowler shield which are also desirable.

Note: Broodtalons and Skitterwights have status effects over a duration which increases the duration of Lingering Wounds.

Normal Gems

Prioritize Tourmalines for added damage in red sockets and Citrines for potency which increases harmful effects duration in yellow sockets which are important for this build. You can combine all of your bound Rubies which give life and use one or two in red sockets if they give higher refinement. Refinement is determined by the quality of the gem and it increases the attributes of the gear the gem is socketed in. You can use one or two of your highest refinement Topazes for resistances early on but you will eventually want to make the switch to just Citrines for higher potency. The full duration of your damage over time will be instantly consumed on this build so potency is a major damage increase. You should also socket your highest refinement Aquamarines and Sapphires which give increased armor and armor penetration in blue sockets.

Gem Notes

The new Haunt Coil five star gem should be used in PvP to reduce your damage taken against one target by up to 45% for a duration and deals AoE damage. The Blood Floe gem is a great option when it's combined with multiple sources of critical hit chance and critical hit damage. The Colossus Engine legendary gem is great for builds that need increased area of effect and has increased skill damage, temporary knockback immunity, and gives increased movement speed from its size increase. Golden Firmament is a strong 5 star legendary gem that has wind damage, increased evasion rating, and it triggers Firestorms when mixed with burning damage which increases your wind damage. The Viper's Bite and Seeping Bile legendary gems aren't needed to trigger the damage increase on the Pain Clasp legendary gem from there being continuous damage on the target because this build already has continuous damage. When using increased critical hit chance legendary gems you should consider rolling increased critical hit damage on your equipment with Reforge Stones. The Frozen Heart five star legendary gem is great for PvP because it gives an absorb shield and chills opponents.​
