Main Hand

Remonstrant Mace - Sweep Attack now grants you a holy flail that causes your primary attacks to sweep through enemies increasing in damage over time while also shortly making you immune to knockback and total loss of control.

Off-Hand

Torrential Refrain - Condemn now instantly triggers all continual damage on the target it hits. This causes damage over time effects to trigger their full duration instead of just refreshing their duration when you hit enemies.

Main Hand 2

Horn Splitter - Sacred Fire now also ignites enemies burning them over two seconds.

Off-Hand 2

Doom Parade - Condemn now also gains an increased critical hit chance.

​

Helmet

Zealflair (PvM) - Sweep Attack now also generates a stacking absorb shield.​​

Iron Faith (PvP) - Sweep Attack now also stuns enemies with a short cooldown.

​

Chest

Heart of Grandeur - Condemn now creates a condensed lightning storm that follows you and damages nearby enemies.

Shoulders

The Yawning Rose (PvM) - Judgment now calls bolts of fire to rain down in an area around you.

Sivket's Advantage (PvP) - Draw and Quarter now has greatly increased duration.

Legs

Galloping Brilliance (PvM) - Draw and Quarter now gives a holy damage aura and increases your damage.​

Harras of the Steppes (PvP) - Draw and Quarter now greatly increases your primary attack speed and makes you immune to dismounts from total loss of control effects and it also makes you deal significantly less damage with skills.

Note: The Harras of the Steppes essence keeps you from being dismounted which makes this build a powerful PvP build.

Note: Potency from Willpower increases the duration of damage over time effects which are instantly triggered on this build.

Recommended Sets

1. Angmet's Conflagration (4 Set) - Deals damage over time which is instantly triggered with the Torrential Refrain essence.

2. Vithu's Urges (2 Set) - Increases the duration of beneficial effects on you and your party members by 30%.

3. Feasting Baron's Pack (PvM 2 Set) - Extends the duration of your harmful effects which are then instantly triggered.

4. Untouchable Mountebank (PvP 2 Set) - Gives a chance to gain an absorb shield when you take damage.

Note: Look for yellow sockets on both of your rings and socket them with Citrines which give potency.

 

Recommended Skill Enchants

1. Judgment enchants should be used for PvP to chain enemies that have negative effects to the ground and stun them.

2. Condemn enchants can be used to make Condemn deal 25% increased critical hit damage to enemies below 30% life.

3. Conjuration of Light skill enchants can make Conjuration of Light give 8% increased movement speed.

Best 5 Star Legendary Gems

1. Roiling Consequence - Increases your critical hit chance and causes critical hits to burn enemies.

2. Blood Soaked Jade - Increases your damage, reduces damage taken below 50% life, and increases movement speed.

3. Fated Trail - Deals damage over time as a percentage of your life, shatters enemies' armor, and immobilizes enemies.

4. Colossus Engine - Gives increased skill damage, increased area of effect, knockback immunity, and increased size (which increases your movement speed) for a medium duration with a 20 second cooldown.

5. Blood Floe - This five star gem increases your damage, critical hit chance, critical hit damage, and causes bleed.

6. Gloom Cask - Sends out blades that deal damage with your primary attacks and increases your primary attacks damage.

7. Golden Firmament - Attacks with multiple wind blades and increases your evasion rating.

8. Void Spark (PvM) - Deals massive AoE damage that's effective for challenge dungeons, terror rifts, and speed farming.

9. Haunt Coil (PvP) - Should be used in your defensive stance to reduce your damage taken for a medium duration.

 

Best 2 Star Legendary Gems

1. Pain Clasp - Gives high increased damage against enemies that have a continuous damage effect on them.

2. Mother's Lament - Increases your critical hit chance and causes a blood spike that makes enemies bleed.

3. Specter Glass - Increases the damage taken by enemies after critical hits and increases your critical hit chance.

4. Fervent Fang - Gives enemies a stacking damage taken increase when they're hit by your attacks.

5. Grim Rhythm - Gives a stacking attack speed increase which increases the number of instantly triggered DoTs.

6. Mourneskull - This legacy gem can be used to increase your damage and deal damage but it's drop disabled.

7. Crimson Behelit - Strong legacy gem with increased damage and reduced damage taken that's also drop disabled.

8. Power & Command - Low priority two star gem that alternates between increased skill damage and primary damage.

9. Viper's Bite - A nice gem for early on that deals damage over time if you have low legendary gems and resonance.

Note: The Pain Clasp gem is triggered with the Heart of Grandeur chest essence so Viper's Bite isn't absolutely necessary.

Pain Clasp, Crimson Behelit, and Mother's Lament are the top three two star gems and should be replaced last.

Best 1 Star Legendary Gems

1. Misery Elixir - Important for this build to increase damage over time durations which are consumed instantly.

2. Berserker's Eye (PvM) - Increases all of your damage and critical hit chance but also increases your damage taken.

3. Entropic Well - A great budget one star legendary gem that increases your skill damage and attack speed.

4. Everlasting Torment - Deals damage over time on critical hits and increases your attack speed.

5. Ca'arsen's Invigoration - A lower priority one star legendary gem that increases your primary attack speed.

6. Surging Sea - A lower priority one star gem that has a stacking skill damage increase that stacks up to 10 times.

7. Faltergrasp (PvP) - Disables opponents' dash skills on critical strikes and greatly reduces their movement speed.

Note: Berserker's Eye and Misery Elixir are both powerful one star gems for this build and should be replaced last.

Best Familiars

1. Savior Duskprowler - Look for a 170+ Resilience legendary Duskprowler with the Savior passive skill which provides a cheat death and temporary damage immunity. The 170+ Resilience on the familiar lowers the cooldown of Savior.

2. Broodtalon/Skitterwight - Can have Savior which provides a cheat death and Lingering Wounds for increased damage.

3. Ash Sweeper - Ash Sweepers are strong, especially in PvP, because they damage nearby enemies and mark an enemy reducing their damage by 20% for 3 seconds. They can also have 170+ Resilience to reduce the cooldown of Savior.

4. Any Savior Familiar - You can use any familiar with Savior for a cheat death and great passive skills as an alternative.

5. Rare Duskprowler - Relentless Strikes is the next best skill because it gives a chance to cast the Duskprowler shield twice. Innervate which gives a chance at resetting one of the player's skill cooldowns, Steel Hide which gives a chance to block, Precision which gives critical hit chance, and Tenacity which lowers the cooldown of the shield are also desirable. Note: Broodtalons and Skitterwights have status effects over a duration which increases the duration of Lingering Wounds.

Normal Gems

Prioritize Tourmalines for added DoT damage in red sockets and Citrines for potency to increase harmful effects durations in yellow sockets which are both important for this build. You can combine all of your bound Rubies which give life and use one in a red socket if it gives higher refinement. Refinement is determined by the quality of the gem and it increases the attributes of the gear the gem is socketed in. You can use one or two of your highest refinement Topazes for resistances early on but you will eventually want to make the switch to just Citrines for higher potency. The full duration of your damage over time will be instantly consumed on this build so potency is a major damage increase. You should also socket your highest refinement Aquamarines and Sapphires which give increased armor and armor penetration in blue sockets.

Gem Notes

The new Fated Trail five star gem is a powerful legendary gem once you have high increased maximum life. The fairly new Haunt Coil five star gem can be used to increase your damage or reduce your damage taken by up to 45% for a duration. The Blood Floe five star gem is a great option when it's combined with multiple sources of increased critical hit chance and critical hit damage. The Viper's Bite and Seeping Bile legendary gems aren't needed to trigger the damage increase on the Pain Clasp two star gem from continuous damage being on the target because this build already has continuous damage from legendary gems and the Angmet's Conflagration set. When using multiple critical hit chance legendary gems you should also consider rolling critical hit damage on every piece of your equipment using Reforge Stones for more damage.
