Remonstrant Mace - Sweep Attack now grants you a holy flail that causes your primary attacks to sweep through enemies.

Torrential Refrain - Condemn now instantly triggers all continual damage on the target it hits. This causes damage over time to trigger its full duration instead of just refreshing the damage over time when you hit the enemy.

Horn Splitter - Sacred Fire now ignites enemies burning them over two seconds causing damage over time.

Doom Parade - Condemn has an increased critical hit chance.

Zealflair - Increases your Sweep Attack damage.

Heart of Grandeur - Condemn now creates a condensed lightning storm that follows you and damages nearby enemies.

Note: Condemn with Heart of Grandeur also triggers the damage increase on the Pain Clasp two star legendary gem.

The Yawning Rose - Judgment now calls down bolts of fire to rain down in an area around you.

Galloping Brilliance - Gives the Draw and Quarter skill a holy damage aura and increases your damage.​

Recommended Sets

1. Vithu's Urges (2 Set) - Increases the duration of beneficial effects on you and your party members by 30%.

2. Feasting Baron's Pack (2 Set) - This set is important to increase the duration of harmful effects by 30%.

3. Angmet's Conflagration (4 Set) - Causes primary attacks to attach an Ignite status that deals high damage over time.

Note: The high stacking damage over time from the Angmet's Conflagration set is consumed instantly on this build. The Feasting Baron's Pack set increases the duration of the damage over time before it's consumed instantly.​

Best Curses

1. Lashed - Use at least four items with this curse to make primary attacks cause three damaging whips on cooldown.

2. Wired - Optional to create a surge of lightning on kill that jumps between enemies with a medium length cooldown.

​3. Ghosted (PvP) - Optional for PvP to summon a minion to take some of your incoming damage.

Best 5 Star Legendary Gems

1. Roiling Consequence - Increases your critical hit chance and causes critical hits to burn enemies.

2. Golden Firmament - Causes ranged wind attacks and increases your evasion rating.

3. Colossus Engine - Gives increased skill damage, increased area of effect, knockback immunity, and increased size (which increases your movement speed) for a medium duration with a 20 second cooldown.

4. Starfire Shard - Deals AoE damage and stuns enemies in PvP inside the Maw of the Deep legendary gem effect.

5. Blood Floe - This five star gem increases your damage, critical hit chance, critical hit damage, and causes bleed.

6. Wulfheort - After damaging enemies 5 times you slash them and increase attack speed for you and your allies.

7. Gloom Cask - Sends out blades that deal damage with your primary attacks and increases your primary attacks damage.

8. Void Spark (PvM) - Deals AoE damage that's very effective for challenge dungeons, terror rifts, and speed farming.

9. Maw of the Deep (PvP) - Used at a high rank to deal damage, gain a damage buff, draw in enemies, and stun enemies.

Note: The Mother's Lament two star critical hit chance legendary gem can optionally be used with the new Blood Floe critical hit chance and critical hit damage legendary gem in the place of Wulfheort at lower resonance levels.

 

Best 2 Star Legendary Gems

1. Pain Clasp - Gives high increased damage against enemies that have a continuous damage effect on them.

2. Mother's Lament - Increases your critical hit chance and causes a blood spike that makes enemies bleed.

3. Specter Glass - Increases the damage taken by enemies after critical hits and increases your critical hit chance.

4. Fervent Fang - Gives enemies a stacking damage taken increase when they are hit by an attack.

5. Grim Rhythm - Gives a stacking attack speed increase when you hit an enemy.

6. Mourneskull - This legacy gem can be used to increase your damage and deal damage but it no longer drops.

7. Crimson Behelit - Strong PvP legacy gem with increased damage and reduced damage taken that's drop disabled.

8. Power & Command - Lower priority two star gem that alternates between increased skill damage and primary damage.

Note: The damage increase on the Pain Clasp legendary gem is triggered with the Heart of Grandeur chest essence.

Best 1 Star Legendary Gems

1. Misery Elixir - Important for this build to increase damage over time durations which are consumed instantly.

2. Berserker's Eye (PvM) - Increases all of your damage and critical hit chance but also increases your damage taken.

3. Entropic Well - A great budget 1 star legendary gem that increases your skill damage and attack speed.

Note: Misery Elixir and Berserker's Eye are both powerful gems for this build and require ranked up 5 star gems to replace.

Best Familiars

1. Savior Duskprowler - Look for a 170+ Resilience legendary Duskprowler with the Savior passive skill which provides a cheat death and temporary damage immunity. The 170+ Resilience on the familiar lowers the cooldown of Savior.

2. Broodtalon/Skitterwight - Can have Savior which provides a cheat death and Lingering Wounds for increased damage.

3. Any Savior Familiar - Look for any 170+ Resilience familiar with Savior for a cheat death and great passive skills.

4. Rare Duskprowler - Relentless Strikes is the next best skill because it gives a chance to cast the Duskprowler shield twice. Innervate which gives a chance at resetting one of the player's skill cooldowns, Steel Hide which gives a chance to block, Precision which gives critical hit chance, and Tenacity which lowers the cooldown of the shield are also desirable.

5. Magic Duskprowler - Duskprowler shields are hard to replace so a rare or magic ability Duskprowler is the budget option.

Note: Broodtalons and Skitterwights have status effects over a duration which increases the duration of Lingering Wounds.

Normal Gems

Prioritize Tourmalines for added damage in red sockets and Citrines for potency which increases harmful effects duration in yellow sockets which are important for this build. You can combine all of your bound Rubies which give life and use one or two in red sockets if they give higher refinement. Refinement is determined by the quality of the gem and it increases the attributes of the gear the gem is socketed in. You can use one or two of your highest refinement Topazes for resistances early on but you will eventually want to make the switch to just Citrines for higher potency. The full duration of your damage over time will be instantly consumed on this build so potency is a major damage increase. You should also socket your highest refinement Aquamarines and Sapphires which give increased armor and armor penetration in blue sockets.

Gem Notes

The Blood Floe five star legendary gem is a great option when it's combined with multiple sources of increased critical hit chance and critical hit damage. The Golden Firmament is a very strong five star legendary gem and is recommended for wind damage, increased evasion rating, and it triggers Firestorms when paired with burning damage which increases your wind damage. The Viper's Bite and Seeping Bile legendary gems aren't needed to trigger the damage increase on the Pain Clasp legendary gem from continuous damage being on the target because this build already has continuous damage from the Angmet's Conflagration set and its legendary gems. When using multiple critical hit chance legendary gems you should also consider rolling critical hit damage on every piece of your equipment using Reforge Stones to increase your damage.​
