Main Hand

Horn Splitter - Sacred Fire now also ignites enemies burning them over two seconds.

Off-Hand

Torrential Refrain - Condemn now instantly triggers all continuous damage on the target it hits. This causes damage over time effects to trigger their full duration instantly instead of just refreshing their duration when you hit an enemy.

The Bristle - Sacred Fire now also hurls waves of flame in front of you that damage nearby enemies.

Off-Hand 2

Resplendent Mane - Sacred Fire now also increases primary attack speed stacking up to three times.

Helmet

Arrant Ignition - Holy Banner now attaches to your back and makes primary attacks from you and your allies burn enemies.

Shoulders

The Yawning Rose - Judgment now causes bolts of fire to rain down in an area around you.

Akarat's Rebuke - Condemn now causes primary attacks to unleash lightning bolts that damage nearby enemies.

Recommended Sets

1. Angmet's Conflagration (4 Set) - Deals damage over time which is instantly triggered with the Torrential Refrain essence.

2. Vithu's Urges (2 Set) - Increases the duration of beneficial effects on you and your party members by 30%.

3. Feasting Baron's Pack (PvM 2 Set) - Extends the duration of your harmful effects which are then instantly triggered.

4. Untouchable Mountebank (PvP 2 Set) - Gives a chance to gain an absorb shield when you take damage.

Note: Look for yellow sockets on both of your rings and socket them with Citrines which give potency.

Recommended Skill Enchants

1. Judgment enchants should be used for PvP to chain enemies that have negative effects to the ground and stun them.

2. Condemn enchants can be used to make Condemn deal 25% increased critical hit damage to enemies below 30% life.

3. Conjuration of Light skill enchants give 8% increased movement speed during Conjuration of Light.

Best 5 Star Legendary Gems

1. Roiling Consequence - Increases your critical hit chance and causes critical hits to burn enemies.

2. Blood-Soaked Jade - Gives increased damage, reduces damage taken below 50% life, and increases movement speed.​

3. Colossus Engine - Gives increased skill damage, increased area of effect, knockback immunity, and increased size (which increases your movement speed) for a medium duration with a 20 second cooldown.

4. Fated Trail - Deals damage over time as a percentage of your life, shatters enemies' armor, and immobilizes enemies.

5. Blood Floe - Strong five star gem that increases damage, critical hit chance, critical hit damage, and causes bleed.

6. Wulfheort - Strong gem for this build that damages enemies when you hit them 5 times and it increases attack speed.

7. Golden Firmament - This gem attacks with multiple wind blades and increases your evasion rating.

8. Void Spark (PvM) - Deals massive AoE damage that's effective for challenge dungeons, terror rifts, and speed farming.

9. Haunt Coil (PvP) - Greatly reduces damage taken while in your defensive stance for a medium duration on cooldown.

 

Best 2 Star Legendary Gems

1. Pain Clasp - Gives high increased damage against enemies that have a continuous damage effect on them.

2. Mother's Lament - Increases your critical hit chance and causes a blood spike that makes enemies bleed.

3. Specter Glass - Increases the damage taken by enemies after critical hits and increases your critical hit chance.

4. Fervent Fang - Gives enemies a stacking damage taken increase when they are hit by an attack.

​5. Mourneskull - This legacy gem can be used to increase your damage and deal damage but it no longer drops.

6. Power & Command - Lower priority two star gem that alternates between increased skill damage and primary damage.

7. Crimson Behelit - Strong legacy gem with increased damage and reduced damage taken that's drop disabled.

8. Grim Rhythm - Gives a stacking attack speed increase which increases the number of instantly triggered DoTs.

Note: The Viper's Bite gem isn't needed to trigger Pain Clasp because this build already has damage over time effects. Pain Clasp, Crimson Behelit, and Mother's Lament are the top three two star gems and should be replaced last.

Best 1 Star Legendary Gems

1. Misery Elixir - Excellent gem for this build that increases damage over time durations which are instantly triggered.

2. Berserker's Eye (PvM) - Increases all of your damage and critical hit chance but also increases your damage taken.

3. Entropic Well - A great budget 1 star legendary gem that increases your skill damage and attack speed.

4. Ca'arsen's Invigoration - Increases your primary attack speed but this one star gem should eventually be replaced.

5. Everlasting Torment - Low priority gem that deals damage over time on critical hits and increases your attack speed.

6. Surging Sea - A lower priority one star gem that has a stacking skill damage increase that stacks up to 10 times.

7. Faltergrasp (PvP) - Disables opponents' dash skills on critical strikes and greatly reduces their movement speed.

Note: Berserker's Eye and Misery Elixir are the most powerful one star gems for this build and should be replaced last.

Best Familiars

1. Savior Duskprowler - Look for a 170+ Resilience legendary Duskprowler with the Savior passive skill which provides a cheat death and temporary damage immunity. The 170+ Resilience on the familiar lowers the cooldown of Savior.

2. Broodtalon/Skitterwight - Look for Savior which provides a cheat death and Lingering Wounds for increased damage.

3. Ash Sweeper - Ash Sweepers are strong, especially in PvP, because they damage nearby enemies and mark an enemy reducing their damage by 20% for three seconds. They can also have 170+ Resilience to reduce the cooldown of Savior.

4. Any Savior Familiar - You can use any familiar with Savior for a cheat death and great passive skills as an alternative.

5. Rare Duskprowler - Relentless Strikes is the next best skill because it gives a chance to cast the Duskprowler shield twice. Innervate which gives a chance at resetting one of the player's skill cooldowns, Steel Hide which gives a chance to block, Precision which gives critical hit chance, and Tenacity which lowers the cooldown of the shield are also desirable.

Note: Broodtalons and Skitterwights have status effects over a duration which increases the duration of Lingering Wounds.

Normal Gems

Prioritize Tourmalines for added damage in red sockets and Citrines for potency to increase harmful effects durations in yellow sockets which are both important for this build. You can combine all of your bound Rubies which give life and use one in a red socket if it gives higher refinement. Refinement is determined by the quality of the gem and it increases the attributes of the gear the gem is socketed in. You can use one or two of your highest refinement Topazes for resistances early on but you will eventually want to make the switch to just Citrines for higher potency. The full duration of your damage over time will be instantly consumed on this build so potency is a major damage increase. You should also socket your highest refinement Aquamarines and Sapphires which give increased armor and armor penetration in blue sockets.

Gem Notes

The new Fated Trail five star gem is a powerful legendary gem once you have high maximum life which is increased with resonance. The fairly new Haunt Coil five star gem can optionally be used to increase your damage or reduce your damage taken by up to 45% for a duration. The Blood Floe gem is a great option when it's combined with multiple sources of critical hit chance and critical hit damage. The Colossus Engine gem is recommended for this build because it gives increased skill damage, increased area of effect, increased movement speed (from its size increase), and knockback immunity. The Viper's Bite and Seeping Bile legendary gems aren't needed to trigger the damage increase on the Pain Clasp gem from there being continual damage on the target because this build already has continual damage. Golden Firmament is another strong gem for this build that has wind damage, increased evasion rating, and it triggers Firestorms when mixed with burning damage which gives increased wind damage. When using increased critical hit chance legendary gems you should consider rolling increased critical hit damage on your equipment for increased damage.​
