Main Hand

Horn Splitter - Sacred Fire now ignites enemies burning them over two seconds causing damage over time.

Off-Hand

Torrential Refrain - Condemn now instantly triggers all continuous damage on the target it hits. This causes damage over time effects to trigger their full duration instantly instead of just refreshing the damage over time when you hit an enemy.

Main Hand 2

The Bristle - Sacred Fire now also hurls waves of flames that damage enemies.

Off-Hand 2

Resplendent Mane - Sacred Fire now also increases primary attack speed stacking up to three times.

​

Helmet

Arrant Ignition - Holy Banner now attaches to your back and makes primary attacks from you and your allies burn enemies.

Shoulders

The Yawning Rose - Judgment now calls down bolts of fire to rain down in an area around you.

Chest

Akarat's Rebuke - Condemn now causes primary attacks to unleash lightning bolts that damage nearby enemies.

Legs

Cuisses of Storm (PvM) - Condemn now also deals increased damage for each harmful effect on the enemy.

Leggings of the Consigner (PvP) - This PvP defensive option makes Conjuration of Light give an absorb shield.

Recommended Sets

1. Angmet's Conflagration (4 Set) - Causes primary attacks to attach an Ignite status that deals damage over time.

2. Feasting Baron's Pack (2 Set) - This set is important to increase the duration of harmful effects by 30%.

3. Vithu's Urges (2 Set) - Increases the duration of beneficial effects on you and your party members by 30%.

Note: The high stacking damage over time from the Angmet's Conflagration set is consumed instantly on this build. The Feasting Baron's Pack set increases the duration of the damage over time before it's consumed instantly.

 

Best Curses

1. Lashed - Use at least four items with this curse to make primary attacks cause three damaging whips on cooldown.

2. Wired - Optional to create a surge of lightning on kill that jumps between enemies with a medium length cooldown.

​3. Ghosted (PvP) - Optional for PvP to summon a minion to take some of your incoming damage.

Best 5 Star Legendary Gems

1. Roiling Consequence - Increases your critical hit chance and causes critical hits to burn enemies.

2. Golden Firmament - Causes ranged wind damage attacks and increases your evasion rating.

3. Blood-Soaked Jade - Gives increased damage, reduces damage taken below 50% life, and increases movement speed.​

4. Colossus Engine - Gives increased skill damage, increased area of effect, knockback immunity, and increased size (which increases your movement speed) for a medium duration with a 20 second cooldown.

5. ​Starfire Shard - Deals AoE damage and stuns enemies in PvP inside the Maw of the Deep legendary gem effect.

6. Blood Floe - Lower priority 5 star gem that increases damage, critical hit chance, critical hit damage, and causes bleed.

7. Gloom Cask - Sends out blades that deal damage with your primary attacks and increases your primary attacks damage.

8. Void Spark (PvM) - Deals AoE damage that's very effective for challenge dungeons, terror rifts, and speed farming.

9. ​Frozen Heart (PvP) - A strong legendary gem for PvP that gives an absorb shield and chills opponents.

 

Best 2 Star Legendary Gems

1. Pain Clasp - Gives high increased damage against enemies that have a continuous damage effect on them.

2. Mother's Lament - Increases your critical hit chance and causes a blood spike that makes enemies bleed.

3. Specter Glass - Increases the damage taken by enemies after critical hits and increases your critical hit chance.

4. Fervent Fang - Gives enemies a stacking damage taken increase when they are hit by an attack.

​5. Mourneskull - This legacy gem can be used to increase your damage and deal damage but it no longer drops.

6. Power & Command - Lower priority two star gem that alternates between increased skill damage and primary damage.

7. Igneous Scorn (PvM) - Can be used with Roiling Consequence and Mother's Lament to deal damage on critical hits. Igneous Scorn is the lowest priority 2 star gem and should be the first to be replaced with a ranked up five star gem.

8. Crimson Behelit (PvP) - Strong PvP legacy gem with increased damage and reduced damage taken that's drop disabled.

Note: The Viper's Bite gem isn't needed to trigger Pain Clasp because this build already has damage over time effects.

Best 1 Star Legendary Gems

1. Misery Elixir - Important for this build to increase damage over time durations which are instantly consumed.

2. Berserker's Eye (PvM) - Increases all of your damage and critical hit chance but also increases your damage taken.

3. Entropic Well - A great budget 1 star legendary gem that increases your skill damage and attack speed.

4. Ca'Arsen's Invigoration - Increases your primary attack speed but this one star gem should eventually be replaced.

Note: Misery Elixir and Berserker's Eye are powerful gems for this build and need ranked up 5 star gems to match them.

Best Familiars

1. Savior Duskprowler - Look for a 170+ Resilience legendary Duskprowler with the Savior skill which provides a cheat death and temporary damage immunity. The 170+ Resilience is important to lower the cooldown of Savior.

2. Broodtalon/Skitterwight - Look for Savior which provides a cheat death and Lingering Wounds for increased damage.

3. Any Savior Familiar - Look for any 170+ Resilience familiar with Savior for a cheat death and great passive skills.

4. Rare Duskprowler - Relentless Strikes is the next best skill because it gives a chance to cast the Duskprowler shield twice. Innervate which gives a chance at resetting one of the player's skill cooldowns, Steel Hide which gives a chance to block, Precision which gives critical hit chance, and Tenacity which lowers the cooldown of the shield are also desirable.

5. Magic Duskprowler - Duskprowler shields are hard to replace so a rare or magic ability Duskprowler is the budget option.

Note: Broodtalons and Skitterwights have status effects over a duration which increases the duration of Lingering Wounds.

Normal Gems

Prioritize Tourmalines for added damage in red sockets and Citrines for potency which increases harmful effects duration in yellow sockets which are important for this build. You can combine all of your bound Rubies which give life and use one or two in red sockets if they give higher refinement. Refinement is determined by the quality of the gem and it increases the attributes of the gear the gem is socketed in. You can use one or two of your highest refinement Topazes for resistances early on but you will eventually want to make the switch to just Citrines for higher potency. The full duration of your damage over time will be instantly consumed on this build so potency is a major damage increase. You should also socket your highest refinement Aquamarines and Sapphires which give increased armor and armor penetration in blue sockets.

Gem Notes

The Blood Floe five star legendary gem is a great option when it's combined with multiple sources of critical hit chance. The fairly new Colossus Engine legendary gem is also recommended on this build because it increases your skill damage, area of effect, movement speed from its size increase, and gives a temporary knockback immunity. The Viper's Bite and Seeping Bile legendary gems aren't needed to trigger the damage increase on the Pain Clasp legendary gem from there being continual damage on the target because this build already has plenty of continual damage. Golden Firmament is a very strong 5 star gem that has wind damage, increased evasion rating, and triggers Firestorms when mixed with burning damage which gives increased wind damage. When using increased critical hit chance legendary gems you should consider rolling increased critical hit damage on your equipment for increased damage. You should also switch one low priority legendary gem to a Frozen Heart in PvP for a five star gem that chills opponents and gives an absorb shield.​
