Turmoil (PvP) - Strafe now also fires two homing missiles at a nearby enemy.

1. Vexed - Use four of this curse to damage enemies when a minion is summoned and to buff your minions' attack speed.

2. Lashed - Use two of this cursed item to make your primary attack generate three crackling whips that damage enemies.​

​3. Ghosted - You can use two of this cursed item for PvP to summon a minion to take some of your incoming damage.

4. Wired - You can optional use two items with this curse to create chain lightning on kill with a medium length cooldown.

Skill Enhancing Enchants

1. The Daring Swing enchant that makes movement decrease the cooldown of Daring Swing is important for the build.

2. The Strafe has a chance to fire an additional projectile enchant is a nice damage increase.

3. Another enchant should be Spinning Chakram creates a spinning chakram that circles you or Escape gives a shield.

Best 5 Star Legendary Gems

1. Roiling Consequence - Increases your critical hit chance and causes critical hits to burn enemies.

2. Blood-Soaked Jade - Gives increased damage, reduces damage taken below 50% life, and increases movement speed.

3. Golden Firmament - Attacks with multiple wind blades and increases your evasion rating.

4. Colossus Engine - Gives increased skill damage, increased area of effect, knockback immunity, and increased size (which increases your movement speed) for a medium duration with a 20 second cooldown.

5. ​Starfire Shard - Deals AoE damage and stuns enemies inside the Maw of the Deep legendary gem effect.

6. Blood Floe - A five star gem that increases your damage, critical hit chance, critical hit damage, and causes bleed.

7. Maw of the Deep - Draws enemies in, stuns them, damages them, and increases your damage against them.​

8. Void Spark (PvM) - Deals massive AoE damage that's effective for challenge dungeons, terror rifts, and speed farming.

9. ​Frozen Heart (PvP) - A strong legendary gem for PvP that gives an absorb shield and chills opponents.​

Best 2 Star Legendary Gems

1. Pain Clasp - Gives high increased damage against enemies that have a continuous damage effect on them.

2. Mother's Lament - Increases your critical hit chance and releases a blood spike that causes enemies to bleed.

3. Fervent Fang - Gives enemies a stacking damage taken increase each time they are hit with an attack.

4. Specter Glass - Increases the damage taken by enemies after critical hits and increases your critical hit chance.​5. Mourneskull - This legacy gem can be used to increase your damage and to deal damage but it's drop disabled.

6. Igneous Scorn (PvM) - Deals damage on critical hits and increases your damage after critical hits. Igneous Scorn is the lowest priority two star legendary gem and should be the first to be replaced with a ranked up five star gem.

7. Crimson Behelit - Strong legacy legendary gem with increased damage and reduced damage taken that's drop disabled.

Note: Pain Clasp, Crimson Behelit, and Mother's Lament are the top three 2 star gems and should be replaced last.

Best Starter 1 Star Legendary Gems

1. Berserker's Eye (PvM) - Increases all of your damage and critical hit chance but also increases your damage taken.

2. Entropic Well - An excellent one star gem for skill damage that can be replaced at higher levels with a strong 5 star gem.

3. Everlasting Torment - Deals damage over time on critical hits and increases your attack speed.

Note: Berserker's Eye is a powerful one star gem that requires a high ranked up five star gem to match its damage.

Best Familiars

1. Savior Duskprowler - Look for a 170+ Resilience legendary Duskprowler with the Savior passive skill which provides a cheat death and temporary damage immunity. The 170+ Resilience on the familiar lowers the cooldown of Savior.

2. Broodtalon/Skitterwight - Gives Savior which provides a cheat death and Lingering Wounds for higher damage.

3. Any Savior Familiar - Look for any 170+ Resilience familiar with Savior for a cheat death and great passive skills.

4. Rare Duskprowler - Relentless Strikes is the next best skill because it gives a chance to cast the Duskprowler shield twice. Innervate which gives a chance at resetting one of the player's skill cooldowns, Steel Hide which gives a chance to block, Precision which gives critical hit chance, and Tenacity which lowers the cooldown of the shield are also desirable.

5. Magic Duskprowler - Duskprowler shields are hard to replace so a magic Duskprowler is the extreme budget option.

Note: Broodtalons and Skitterwights have status effects over a duration which increases the duration of Lingering Wounds.

Normal Gems

Prioritize Tourmalines for added damage in red sockets and use a combination of your highest refinement Citrines and Topazes for potency and resistances in yellow sockets. Potency increases harmful effects durations on enemies and resistances decrease harmful effects durations on you. You should also use your highest refinement Aquamarines and Sapphires which give increased armor and armor penetration in blue sockets. You can optionally combine all of your Rubies which give life into one or two Rubies and socket them into your equipment if they give more refinement. Normal gems give refinement based on their quality and refinement increases the attributes on the equipment the gems are socketed in.

Gem Notes

The new Haunt Coil five star gem can be used in PvP to reduce your damage taken against one target by up to 45% for a duration and deals AoE damage. Golden Firmament is a great legendary gem that attacks with wind blades, increases your evasion rating, and causes Firestorms when mixed with burning damage which increase your wind damage. The Colossus Engine legendary gem is strong for builds that need burst skill damage and gives temporary knockback immunity, increased range, and increased movement speed from its size increase. The Frozen Heart five star legendary gem should be switched to for PvP for an absorb shield and to chill opponents. When using multiple legendary gems that increase your critical hit chance you should also consider using Reforge Stones to roll increased critical hit damage on your equipment. ​
