Diablo Immortal: The Best Summoner Necromancer
Summoner Necromancer Guide
Summoner Necromancers should use the Soulfire primary skill along with Skeletal Mage, Command Golem, Command Skeletons (PvM), and Bone Armor. Bone Armor is important to keep your summons alive and it also shields you and your allies. You should also use a Devouring Golem from the Rotted Harvest essence for high damage and a large area of effect slow aura. Your skeletal mages will also be mobile and deal increasing damage depending on how long they channel their attack on enemies with the recommended essence. With the recommended helmet you'll also be able to summon skeleton archers that deal about twice the damage of regular skeletons and they attack with a ranged attack which helps them survive in high damage situations. In PvP, however, you should drop Command Skeletons in favor of Grim Scythe for more damage because spectral skeletons don't deal very much damage and the regular skeletons don't survive well in PvP.

Paragons & Legendary Skills: Summoner Necromancer Build

1. Slinger is the best damage paragon for this build because it increases your damage and critical hit chance with range.
2. Gladiator is the best PvP paragon tree for this build because it gives a cheat death and helps with loss of control.
3. Vanquisher is the best paragon tree for increased magic find and has increased damage and attack speed on kills.
4. Harbinger should be used in Erebban for an absorb shield, movement speed, and to move unhindered through enemies.
5. Survivor is the recommended paragon for Vanguard because it provides a cheat death that works in Vanguard.
6. The recommended legendary skill is Benefactor because it gives a life shield to you, your summons, and your allies.
7. Below you can find an image for the best paragon for damage and the second image is the best paragon for PvP.

Summoner Necromancer Skills and Equipment:

Skills
1. Soulfire (primary skill)
2. Skeletal Mage
3. Command Golem
4. Command Skeletons (Grim Scythe in PvP)
5. Bone Armor

Main Hand
Rotted Harvest (PvM) - Summons a Devouring Golem that consumes corpses to increase its damage, life, and size and the golem has a large area of effect slow aura (move to Main Hand 2 when doing normalized PvP).
Defiling Swarm (PvP) - Grim Scythe summons whirling scythes that orbit you dealing damage and now creates corpses.

Off-Hand
Black Wall (PvM) - Skeletal mages are now mobile and channel beams that increase in damage the longer they hit. This is the highest damage option but for PvP they die too quickly so Scattered Light is recommended for PvP.
Scattered Light (PvP) - Skeletal Mage now summons mobile untargetable Spectral Mages that passively spawn. Also, Skeletal Mages can now sacrifice themselves to remove a total loss of control effect from you.

Main Hand 2
Piercehammer (PvM) - Command Skeletons now deals increased damage.
Rotted Harvest (PvP) - Summons a Devouring Golem that consumes corpses for increased damage and has a slow aura.

Off-Hand 2
Corrosive Slab - Command Golem now also makes enemies take increased damage.

Helmet
Mirrorictus (PvM) - Your skeletal champions are replaced with skeletal archers that deal much higher damage.
Gatefysk Helm (PvP) - Grim Scythe now also makes enemies take increased damage.

Shoulders
Cutthroat Arch - Your Skeletal Mage attacks also increase your critical hit chance stacking up to six times.

Chest
Parting Gift (PvM) - Bone Armor now gives you, your summons, and your allies five charges of damage absorption.

Legs
Dead Druthers (PvM) - Bone Armor now also increases you and your summons attack speed and movement speed.

Recommended Sets
1. Shepherd's Call to Wolves (6 Set) - Increases your minions damage and your critical strike chance for each minion.
2. Untouchable Mountebank (2 Set) - Great for PvP for a large life shield which improves your defenses.

Best Curses
1. Lashed - Using your primary attack gives a chance to generate three crackling whips that damage enemies.
2. Atrophied - Continual damage causes a dark field to appear under enemies that deals damage over time.

Best 5 Star Legendary Gems
1. Roiling Consequence - Increases your critical hit chance and causes critical hits to burn enemies.
2. Seeping Bile - Gives a 4% chance to poison enemies when you or your minions hit which deals damage over time.
3. Maw of the Deep - Used at high ranks to deal damage, gain a damage buff, draw in enemies, and stun enemies.
4. Starfire Shard - Useful for PvP to deal damage and stun enemies inside the Maw of the Deep legendary gem effect.
5. Frozen Heart (should be switched to for PvP) - Gives a life shield for a medium duration and chills enemies.
6. Void Spark - Deals AoE damage that's extremely effective in dungeons and the new PvP map.
7. Blood-Soaked Jade - Blood-Soaked Jade gives a damage increase and a significant boost to movement speed.

Best 2 Star Legendary Gems
1. Bloody Reach (PvM) - Deals increased damage based on the distance to your summon and then distance to the enemy.
2. Pain Clasp - Gives increased damage against enemies with a continual damage effect on them.
3. Viper's Bite - Poisons enemies and triggers the damage increase on Pain Clasp (also triggered by Seeping Bile).
4. Mother's Lament - Increases your critical hit chance and releases a blood spike that causes enemies to bleed.
5. Follower's Burden (PvM) - Increases damage based off your number of summons and decreases their damage taken.
6. Igneous Scorn (PvM) - Can be used with Roiling Consequence and Mother's Lament to deal damage on critical hits.
Note: Igneous Scorn is the lowest priority two star gem here and should eventually be replaced with a leveled 5 star gem.

Best Starter 1 Star Legendary Gems
1. Everlasting Torment - Deals damage over time on crits which also triggers the damage increase on Pain Clasp.
2. Berserker's Eye - Increases your damage and critical hit chance but also increases your damage taken.
Note: Berserker's Eye should be replaced once you can afford higher resonance two or five star gems.

Best Familiars
1. Savior Duskprowler - Look for a 170+ Resilience legendary Duskprowler that has Savior which provides a cheat death. The 170+ Resilience lowers the cooldown for Savior but can be lower to make it more affordable.
2. Rare Duskprowler - Relentless Strikes is the next best skill and gives a chance to cast the Duskprowler shield twice in 3 seconds. Innervate which gives a chance to reset the player's skill cooldown, Steel Hide which gives a chance to block, Precision which gives the shield critical hit chance, and Tenacity which lowers the cooldown of the shield are also desirable.
3. Magic Duskprowler - Duskprowler shields are hard to replace so a rare ability or magic Duskprowler is the budget option.

Regular Gems
Prioritize Tourmalines for added damage in red sockets and Citrines for Potency which increases harmful effects durations in yellow sockets. You should use your highest refinement Aquamarines and Sapphires which give increased armor and armor penetration in blue sockets. You can optionally combine all of your Rubies which give life and Topazes which give resistances into one Ruby and one Topaz and socket one of each in your equipment for a higher amount of refinement. Gems give refinement based on their quality and refinement increases the main stats on the piece of equipment.

Gem Notes
Viper's Bite, Everlasting Torment, and Seeping Bile deal continual damage which trigger the damage increase on the Pain Clasp legendary gem. I don't recommend using Golden Firmament on this build because it doesn't have enough range for a Summoner Necromancer. Roiling Consequence and Mother's Lament both give increased critical hit chance and work well with Igneous Scorn and Everlasting Torment which deal damage on critical hits. You should also consider rolling critical hit damage on every piece of gear with Reforge Stones when using both of these crit gems. Igneous Scorn is a lower priority than Everlasting Torment until Igneous Scorn is at a high level. Igneous Scorn should eventually be replaced with a leveled 5 star Blood-Soaked Jade or a leveled 5 star Starfire Shard for much higher resonance. One of your legendary gems should also be switched to Frozen Heart in PvP for a large life shield and to chill opponents. As an added note, I'd recommend PvP'ing with Grim Scythe instead of Command Skeletons because pure Summoners are somewhat weak in PvP. The Grim Scythe/Corpse Lance Necromancer and the Wiltbloom Golem Necromancer are better builds for PvP.

Here are two strong Necromancer PvP builds Grim Scythe Corpse Lance Necromancer and Wiltbloom Necromancer.
