Main Hand

Loamskull- Werewolf now surrounds you with burning damage and damages enemies when primary attacks critically hit.

Off-Hand

Scar Carver - Rend and Tear (Werewolf) now causes you to dash forward and follows up with a powerful attack.

Note: If you want a non-dash variation that has similar single target damage you can use Distant Hissing here, use the bottom left melee Slinger paragon for your damage paragon, and drop the dash based Gloomguide's Prize set.

Main Hand 2​

Rattling Shell - Each summoned wolf increases your movement speed by 20%, stacking up to 60%.

Off-Hand 2

Tuskguard - Summon Oak Sage minions now attack enemies and deal additional damage to enemies if they're burning.

Helmet

Trailing Vine - Thorn Armor now also increases your critical hit chance.

​

Chest

Coat of Fecundity (PvM) - Gives the Thorn Armor skill an aura that causes burning enemies to take additional damage.

Barbmantle (PvP) - Thorn Armor now shields only you and damages nearby enemies

Shoulders

Bar-Ghaist Beacon - Summon Wolves now summons two fire wolves that burn enemies when they attack.

Lightling Drape (PvM) - Summon Oak Sage minions increase their damage when they hits.​

Mudrooters (PvP) - Summon Wolves heal themselves with their damage.

Recommended Sets

1. Grace of the Flagellant (4 Set) - Deals added damage to enemies after every 5 times they take damage.

2. Gloomguide's Prize (4 Set w/ Dash) - Increases your critical hit chance after using a dash ability.

3. Shepherd's Call to Wolves (4 Set w/o Dash) - Increases your critical hit chance base on how many minions you have out.

Best Curses

1. Lashed - Use at least four items with this curse to make primary attacks generate three damaging whips on cooldown.

2. Vexed - You can optionally use two of this curse for a damaging roar when your minions are summoned on cooldown.​​

3. Wired - Optional to create an AoE damage surge of lightning on kill that jumps between enemies on cooldown.

Best 5 Star Legendary Gems

1. Roiling Consequence - Increases your critical hit chance and causes critical hits to burn enemies.

2. Blood-Soaked Jade - Gives increased damage, reduces damage taken below 50% life, and increases movement speed.

3. Golden Firmament - Causes multiple ranged wind attacks and increases your evasion rating.

4. Blood Floe - A strong legendary gem that increases damage, critical hit chance, critical hit damage, and causes bleed.

5. Starfire Shard - Deals area of effect damage, creates ground damage that burns enemies, and stuns enemies.

6. Wulfheort - Slashes enemies after every 5 times they are damaged and increases you and your allies attack speeds.​

7. Maw of the Deep - Draws in enemies, damages enemies, gives a damage buff, and stuns enemies.

8. Echoing Shade (PvM) - Useful at low to mid resonance to summon 1-3 minions that use your primary attacks.

9. Frozen Heart (PvP) - Gives an absorb shield for a medium duration and chills opponents.​

Note: Echoing Shade should only be used in PvM because its minions are strifed and have a reduced duration in PvP.

 

Best 2 Star Legendary Gems

1. Pain Clasp - Gives high increased damage against enemies that have a continuous damage effect on them.

2. Mother's Lament - Increases your critical hit chance and causes a blood spike that makes enemies bleed.

3. Specter Glass - Increases the damage taken by enemies after critical hits and increases your critical hit chance.

4. Fervent Fang - Gives enemies a stacking damage taken increase when they're hit by attacks.​

5. Igneous Scorn - Can be combined with critical hit chance legendary gems to deal damage on critical hits.

6. Viper's Bite - A low priority gem that poisons enemies which isn't needed to trigger the Pain Clasp gem on this build.

7. Mourneskull - This legacy gem increases your damage and deals damage but it's currently drop disabled.

8. Crimson Behelit - A strong legacy gem with increased damage and reduced damage taken that's drop disabled.

Note: The Pain Clasp legendary gem is already triggered by burning damage on this build so Viper's Bite isn't required.

Best 1 Star Legendary Gems

1. Berserker's Eye - Increases all of your damage and critical hit chance but also increases your damage taken.

2. Freedom and Devotion - A budget one star gem that increases the duration of your minions and increases their damage.

3. Everlasting Torment - A great budget option that deals damage over time on critical hits and increases your attack speed.

Note: The Entropic Well one star gem isn't recommended because skill damage increases don't work on your minions.

Best Familiars

1. Savior Duskprowler - Look for a 170+ Resilience legendary Duskprowler with the Savior passive skill which provides a cheat death and temporary damage immunity. The 170+ Resilience is important for lowering the cooldown of Savior.

2. Broodtalon/Skitterwight - Look for Savior which provides a cheat death and Lingering Wounds for increased damage.

3. Any Savior Familiar - Look for any 170+ Resilience familiar with Savior for a cheat death and great passive skills.

4. Rare Duskprowler - Relentless Strikes is the next best skill because it gives a chance to cast the Duskprowler shield twice. Innervate which gives a chance at resetting one of the player's skill cooldowns, Steel Hide which gives a chance to block, Precision which gives critical hit chance, and Tenacity which lowers the cooldown of the shield are also desirable.

5. Magic Duskprowler - Duskprowler shields are hard to replace so a rare or magic ability Duskprowler is the budget option.

Note: Broodtalons and Skitterwights have status effects over a duration which increases the duration of Lingering Wounds.

Normal Gems

Prioritize Tourmalines for added damage in red sockets and a combination of Citrines and Topazes for potency and resistances in yellow sockets for the highest refinement. Potency increases harmful effects durations on enemies and resistances decrease harmful effects durations on you. Citrines for potency is preferred if you only care about PvM damage but resistances come into play more with PvP. You should also use your highest refinement Aquamarines and Sapphires which give increased armor and armor penetration in blue sockets. You can optionally combine all of your bound Rubies which give life into one or two Rubies and socket them into your equipment if they give more refinement. Gems give refinement based on their quality and refinement increases the attributes on the equipment the gems are socketed in.

Gem Notes

The Blood Floe gem is a great option when it's combined with multiple sources of critical hit chance and critical hit damage. The Echoing Shade legendary gem deals surprisingly high single target damage with the Druids powerful primary attacks in PvM at a low to mid resonance. The Golden Firmament legendary gem is a very strong five star gem that deals wind damage, increases evasion rating, and gives Firestorms when mixed with burning damage which increases your wind damage. The Wulfheort legendary five star gem works well with your Werewolf burning damage aura and it also increases the attack speed of your minions. When using multiple increased critical hit chance legendary gems you should also consider using Reforge Stones to roll increased critical hit damage on your equipment for increased damage. The Frozen Heart five star legendary gem is also recommended for PvP for an absorb shield and to chill opponents.​
