The Intelligence stacking Kinetic Blast / Power Siphon Deadeye is one of the strongest builds in the game for clearing large groups of enemies while still having solid single target damage. This build has one of the highest damage ceilings in the game with investment. Kinetic Blast fires a large amount of projectiles around the screen when fighting groups of enemies and Power Siphon is used as your single target attack. 2. Acc. Stacking Lightning Strike Juggernaut (Marauder)
The Acc Stacking Lightning Strike Juggernaut is greatly improved by accuracy and is the best accuracy stacking build.

The damage ceiling for accuracy stacking Lightning Strike Juggernaut may not be as high as Kinetic Blast but it's one of the strongest melee builds in the game both offensively and defensively. 3. Armour Stacking Smite Champion (Duelist)
The Armour Stacking Smite of Divine Judgment Champion is the best armour stacking build in Path of Exile.

The Armour Stacking Smite Champion can amass a very large amount of armour to greatly increase its damage while also greatly improving its defenses. Both the Determination aura and the Grace aura will be used to increase your armour by a very large amount with this build. Nearby enemies will also have lightning resistance equal to yours and your lightning damage will be mitigated by your armour. 4. Dexterity Stacking Siege Ballista Hierophant (Templar)
Siege Ballista Hierophants are greatly improved by their dexterity which allows for very high damage with excellent gear.

The Dexterity Stacking Ice Shot Deadeye could have easily filled this spot but it has been excluded from the best attribute stacking builds because it can be done better with a high damage physical bow with less currency investment. 5. Strength Stacking Shrapnel Ballista Hierophant (Templar)
Shrapnel Ballista is greatly improved by strength which allows for high life and damage with very high strength.

The Shrapnel Ballista Hierophant has excellent damage and survival once you have extremely high strength from your equipment. You will have very high life from having high strength and a chance to block attacks while you are wielding a bow. HM2. Intelligence Stacking Icestorm Ascendant (Scion)
The second honorable mention goes to the Intelligence Stack Icestorm Ascendant which was nerfed in a previous patch.
Mapping: 7/10 Delve: 4/10 Heist: 9/10 Damage: 5/10 Safety: 8/10 Bosses: 4/10

The Intelligence Stacking Icestorm Cyclone Ascendant was heavily nerfed in a previous patch which limited the number of Icestorms to five Icestorms at a time which greatly reduced its single target damage. It now requires very high intelligence to compete with other builds.
