Important Tree Nodes

The best ascendancy order is Gathering Winds, Far Shot, Endless Munitions, and Wind Ward. The Leech Mastery with Clever Thief should be taken for 1% life leech and 1% mana leech and works with both physical damage and elemental damage. The increased critical strike chance and increased critical strike multiplier nodes are also important for a huge damage increase once you have a high critical strike chance bow. The Mana Mastery should also be taken for 12% increased mana reservation efficiency so that you can use the recommended reservation skills. This is a magic find build that sacrifices some increased life and defenses on equipment so make sure and pick up all of the nearby life percent nodes on the tree for survival. Note: The above skill tree image has been updated for the new season (3.25).

Defensive Layers

As of 3.25 item quantity no longer appears on items which makes this a Standard league only build. The Budget Magic Find Tornado Shot Deadeye build has ratings lower than non-magic find builds and they should be. You will have less life than a regular bow build because you will be using magic find items. Tornado Shot is the ideal skill for magic finding on a low budget because it can still survive by not taking hits while dealing damage from afar with a fairly inexpensive tri-elemental bow. You should eventually upgrade to a high damage tri-elemental bow with extra arrows for faster maps. The Wind Ward ascendancy also improves your survivability by giving  4% less damage taken per Gale Force which is granted by your ascendancy.

Reservation Skills

Grace is the best defensive aura for this build and gives very high evasion. Haste increases your attack speed and movement speed and is the best offensive aura for this build. Herald of Thunder is also used to give added lightning damage and creates storms that damage enemies whenever you kill a Shocked enemy. Haste can be used once you have the increased mana reservation efficiency from the Mana Mastery, increased mana reservation efficiency from the Reservation Mastery, and a level 4 Enlighten Support to lower the mana reservation cost of your skills.

Gem Notes

  1. Steelskin is the recommended guard skill for this build because Immortal Call requires you to use potions more often and Molten Shell requires very high armour to be effective.

  2. Magic Find Tornado Shot can be used to farm your influenced maps once it has solid gear for more influenced item drops while you are getting your boss fragments for the Elder and Shaper fight.

  3. Blood Rage gives increased attack speed and a chance to generate Frenzy charges on kills. Blood Rage can replace More Duration Support in the helmet slot if you can counter the self damage of Blood Rage with life leech.

  4. You should use Increased Critical Strikes Support and Increased Critical Damage Support instead of Awakened Added Cold Damage Support and Awakened Added Lightning Damage Support once you have a bow with high critical strike chance.

  5. Frenzy is linked to Manaforged Arrows Support for utility. Frenzy generates a Frenzy charge on hit, kills enemies at 10% life with Culling Strike Support, and generates Power charges with Power Charge on Critical Support.

  6. Summon Ice Golem gives an increase to critical strike chance and accuracy, replenishes 2% life on Culling Strike, kills enemies at 10% life with Culling Strike Support, and provides an extra target for enemies to attack.

  7. If you would prefer a Ranger build that can make use of a very high damage physical damage bow you can also view the Lightning Arrow Deadeye Guide which can be found here Lightning Arrow Deadeye.

Diamond Flask

Gives 100% increased critical strike chance. Look to roll Bleeding and Corrupted Blood immunity and use Instilling Orbs until you automatically use the flask whenever you are Bleeding.

Anointment

Many of the items in the section above last all the way until the midgame where better items will become available.
