1. Boneshatter of Complex Trauma Slayer (Duelist)
The first place Duelist build in our rankings goes to the Boneshatter Slayer which has excellent single target damage.

The Boneshatter Slayer build has a stacking damage buff that gives high single target damage and an area of effect pulse that triggers whenever you successfully stun an enemy which also makes it strong against groups of enemies. Boneshatter deals increasing self damage per stack which can be easily countered with armour, life regeneration, and life leech. 2. Shockwave Cyclone Slayer (Duelist)
The Shockwave Cyclone Slayer is a very strong Duelist build both offensively and defensively with great mobility.

The Shockwave Cyclone Slayer is one of the strongest Duelist builds in the game and really starts to excel in the endgame once you have a strong staff. You will have Fortification to reduce your damage taken from hits, high block using a staff, and you can kill enemies with 20% of their life remaining with your Slayer ascendancy. 3. Impale Flicker Strike Champion (Duelist)
The Impale Flicker Strike Champion is one of the best builds for speed farming with its high speed teleporting attack.

The Impale Flicker Strike Champion has a fast teleporting attack that makes it excellent at speed farming content. This build is highly recommended as the best Flicker Strike build because it has better defenses than the Cold Flicker Strike Raider and Oro's Flicker Strike Raider while still dishing out some really great damage. 4. Flicker Strike of Power Slayer (Duelist)
The Flicker Strike of Power Slayer is a strong fairly new variation of Flicker Strike that uses Power charges.
Mapping: 10/10 Delve: 10/10 Heist: 10/10 Damage: 9/10 Safety: 9/10 Bosses: 9/10​

The Flicker Strike of Power Slayer is a transfigured version of Flicker Strike that relies on Power charges to bypass its cooldown instead of Frenzy charges like the standard Flicker Strike builds. You can get plenty of Power charges when using the recommended Farrul's Fur body armour and an Aspect of the Cat item socketed with a Less Duration Support. 5. Lacerate of Haemorrhage Bleed Gladiator (Duelist)
The Lacerate of Haemorrhage Gladiator is one of the best Duelist builds in the game for boss encounters.

The Lacerate of Haemorrhage Gladiator was majorly buffed with changes to the Gladiator ascendancy in season 3.25. This build is now one of the best bossing melee builds in the game because you can attack a boss and then move out of danger while the boss takes continual Bleeding damage. 6. Splitting Steel Champion (Duelist)
The Splitting Steel Champion was buffed in 3.26 which greatly increased its damage but nerfed its returning projectiles.

7. Armour Stacking Smite Champion (Duelist)
This build is capable of very high damage and has an extremely high amount of armour to help with survival.

The Armour Stacking Smite Champion uses two build enabling Replica Dreamfeather weapons which increase your damage with increases to your armour. The Doryani's Prototype armour is also used to give enemies your extremely low lightning resistance and makes your armour mitigate your lightning damage taken. 8. Dual Strike of Ambidexterity Slayer (Duelist)
Dual Strike of Ambidexterity is a fairly new transfigured gem build that made Dual Strike a much stronger build.

Dual Strike of Ambidexterity is best used with a slow high damage one hand weapon and a very fast offhand weapon. This is because the gem gives 70% more damage with your main hand weapon while using the attack speed of your offhand weapon which is a major damage improvement over the old Dual Strike gem. 9. Split Arrow & Puncture Bleed Gladiator (Duelist)
The Split Arrow Bleed Gladiator was majorly buffed in 3.25 with improvements to the Gladiator ascendancy.

10. Molten Strike of the Zenith Champion (Duelist)
The tenth place Duelist build goes to the Molten Strike of Zenith Champion which has amazing damage potential.

The Molten Strike of Zenith Champion can invert the elemental resistances of enemies with the Rakiata's Dance sword which gives it a significant edge on boss fights while still maintaining excellent clearing damage.
