2. Rage Vortex of Berserking Cyclone Berserker (Marauder)
The Rage Vortex of Berserking Cyclone Berserker has the highest single target damage of the Cyclone builds.

3. Impale Cyclone Champion (Duelist)
Third place goes to the Impale Cyclone Champion which is the strongest Cyclone build in the game defensively.

The Impale Cyclone Champion has bonuses to Impale and very strong defensive ascendancies. With this build, you will receive a 25% life heal when you are low on health, remove all ailments and burning when you reach 25% life, and have permanent Fortification. This build is the tankiest Cyclone build available in Path of Exile. 4. CoC Cyclone Forbidden Rite Occultist (Witch)
The CoC Cyclone Forbidden Rite Occultist is one of the best Cyclone builds in the game for clearing non-boss enemies.

Ice Spear received a buff in a previous season with the addition of Ice Spear of Splitting and is now in sixth place.

7. Fire Cyclone Chieftain (Marauder)
With the strong defenses from the Chieftain ascendancy this build is strong even without an amazing set of gear.

The Fire Cyclone Chieftain converts physical damage to fire damage and has strong defensive ascendancies. This build is an excellent starter build with a solid extreme budget weapon called Ngamahu's Flame. The Icestorm Cyclone Ascendant was majorly nerfed in a previous patch and is mediocre even with high intelligence.
