This build deals excellent damage with an inexpensive Paradoxica weapon which also makes it an excellent starter build for early on in the game. 2. General's Cry Blade Flurry Cyclone Berserker (Marauder)
The General's Cry Blade Flurry Cyclone Berserker is the highest single target damage Marauder build in our rankings.

The General's Cry Blade Flurry Cyclone Berserker is one of the strongest single target damage melee builds in the game and is the best single target damage Marauder build in our rankings. This build summons up to six minions from the corpses of defeated enemies and corpses spawned with the Corpsewalker boots that each channel a high damage single target attack while Cyclone is used to defeat larger groups of enemies. 3. Lightning Strike Berserker (Marauder)
The Lightning Strike Berserker is capable of very high damage and is the third place Marauder build in our rankings.

The Lightning Strike Berserker greatly increases its attack speed and movement speed with its stacking Blitz and Rage damage increases from its ascendancies. The very fast attack speed and movement speed of this build makes it great for speed farming. This build also has great single target damage and great damage against multiple enemies. 4. Acc. Stack Lightning Strike Juggernaut (Marauder)
The Lightning Strike Juggernaut is one of the best Juggernaut builds and is the best accuracy stacking build in the game.

This Accuracy Stacking Lightning Strike build has less attack speed and movement speed than the Lightning Strike Berserker but makes up for it early on by being much stronger defensively and easier to build on a budget. The Juggernaut ascendancy also doubles the armour of your equipped body armour and increases your accuracy with its ascendancies. 5. Frost Blades Berserker (Marauder)
The Frost Blades Berserker is very similar to Lightning Strike except it releases a higher number of projectiles on attacks.

The Frost Blades Berserker is very similar to the Lightning Strike Berserker except is releases a significantly higher number of projectiles after hitting its first enemy. Frost Blades has slightly lower clearing damage than Lightning Strike but has more projectiles and a much higher single target damage ceiling once you have a very strong two handed weapon. 6. Str Stack Kinetic Blast/Power Siphon Berserker (Marauder)
The Strength Stack Kinetic Blast/Power Siphon Berserker has excellent damage with high currency investment.

The Strength Stacking Kinetic Blast and Power Siphon Berserker has several very expensive upgrade options that give this build an extremely high ceiling for clearing damage while still maintaining solid single target damage. This build received a small nerf to its single target damage in a previous patch which changed the way Power Siphon and Barrage Support work together but it wasn't a significant nerf for the build because it had a strong replacement support gem for Power Siphon. 7. Fire Cyclone Chieftain (Marauder)
This build is a great Marauder starter build because it has a solid starter budget weapon called Ngamahu's Flame.

The Fire Cyclone Chieftain is a great build to start the game off with because it has very strong defensive ascendancies, a high number of increased life nodes in the Marauder tree, and an extreme budget starter weapon called Ngamahu's Flame. HM. Ground Slam of Earthshaking Berserker (Marauder)
Ground Slam can be used as early as level one and is a great starter build that can be used all the way to the endgames.

Ground Slam is a strong level one melee skill that has a large area of effect attack that stuns nearby enemies which helps with survival. There is also a new Ground Slam of Earthshaking transfigured gem that can be used for greatly increased damage at the cost of having a slower attack speed. Ground Slam is one of the strongest and most popular starter melee builds and it can be used all the way through the endgames.
