1. Righteous Fire & CwS Detonate Dead Chieftain (Marauder)
The Righteous Fire Chieftain is improved with increases to their life making it one of the tankiest builds in the game.

Build Guide
With the changes to the Chieftain ascendancy back in 3.25 this build is now considered the best Righteous Fire build in the game. The Chieftain ascendancy makes your maximum cold and lightning resistance equal to your maximum fire resistance which makes it much easier to get 90% maximum fire, cold, and lightning resistance. You will stack life with this build which improves your survivability and Righteous Fire increases its damage based on your maximum life. 2. Shockwave Cyclone Slayer (Duelist)
The Shockwave Cyclone Slayer is the second place build on the list and has great damage, mobility, and survivability.

The Shockwave Cyclone Slayer is an extremely strong Delve build and really starts to shine in the endgames once you have a strong staff. You will have Fortification to reduce damage taken from hits, high block when using a staff, and you kill enemies with 20% of their life remaining with your Slayer ascendancies. 3. Boneshatter of Complex Trauma Slayer (Duelist)
The third place build goes to the Boneshatter Slayer which has excellent single target damage and high AoE damage.

The Boneshatter Slayer has a fast stacking buff that gives very high single target damage and an area of effect pulse attack that hits nearby enemies every time you stun an enemy. 4. Impale Flicker Strike Champion (Duelist)
The Flicker Strike Champion is the strongest Flicker Strike build defensively and it's also great for speed farming.

Flicker Strike teleports from pack to pack in Delve at a very fast pace making it excellent for speed farming Delve. The Impale Flicker Strike Champion is highly recommended because it has better defenses than the Cold Flicker Strike Raider and a higher damage ceiling than the Flicker Strike of Power Slayer. 5. Toxic Rain Trickster (Shadow)
The Toxic Rain Trickster is one of the best Shadow builds in the game and has very strong defensive ascendancies.

This build is extremely effective in Delve for a bow build in part because Toxic Rain has spores that hit almost the entire screen with their chaos damage over time. Toxic Rain can also use Toxic Rain of Withering linked to Manaforged Arrows Support and Withering Touch Support as a secondary attack to passively and rapidly give Wither stacks. 6. CoC Detonate Dead of Chain Reaction Inquisitor (Templar)
The CoC Detonate Dead of Chain Reaction Inquisitor received a slight nerf back in 3.26 but it's still a very strong build.

This build also has up to four spectres that taunt enemies and they help take the damage of enemies for you. 7. Freezing Pulse Totem Hierophant (Templar)
The Freezing Pulse Totem Hierophant is the highest damage totem build for Delve and it has a freezing attack.

This minion casting summoner build is ranked eighth for Delve and it's also one of the best minion builds in the game.

The Summon Raging Spirit Necromancer has extremely high single target damage while still dealing very strong damage against multiple enemies. The Rage Vortex of Berserking & Cyclone Berserker is a fairly new Cyclone build variant that deals excellent damage.

With this build you will generate Ragestorms with Rage Vortex of Berserking while channeling Cyclone to deal very high damage to nearby enemies. This build deals the highest single target damage of the Cyclone builds while still maintaining excellent clearing damage but it's not as strong defensively as some builds.
