The CoC Detonate Dead of Chain Reaction Inquisitor with Lancing Steel of Spraying is one of the highest damage CoC builds in the game with the added benefit of Lancing Steel of Spraying being a ranged attack. This build can have up to four spectres which increase your damage and take some of the damage for you. 2. CoC Cold Reap Cyclone Inquisitor (Templar)
The CoC Reap Cyclone Inquisitor is a Cast on Critical Strike Cyclone variant that was buffed in season (3.26).

The CoC Cold Reap Inquisitor uses a physical damage spell that deals self damage which can be easily countered by taking a few life regeneration nodes on the skill tree. Physical to cold conversion is recommended because Hatred is the best offensive aura for the build and because there are plenty of increased elemental damage nodes in the Templar tree. 3. CoC Cyclone Forbidden Rite Occultist (Witch)
The CoC Cyclone Forbidden Rite Occultist is one of the best Cyclone build in the game for clearing non-boss enemies.

This build excels at clear with the Profane Bloom ascendancy which makes enemies explode on death dealing a high amount of damage but also has somewhat middle of the road single target damage. This build is great once you have a 100% critical strike chance, hits can't be evaded, and high spell damage. The CoC Barrage Ice Spear Inquisitor received a buff with the addition of transfigured gems and is a solid build option.

The CoC Ice Spear Cyclone Inquisitor also got a major buff with the addition of Ice Spear of Splitting. Ice Spear of Splitting removed the 600% critical strike chance which was redundant for a CoC build, balanced it by greatly increasing its damage, and changed it to split to seven nearby enemies on hit. The CoC Ice Nova Cyclone Inquisitor is a flashy melee but meme build that's still solid at clearing damage.

The CoC Ice Nova Cyclone Inquisitor is much stronger defensively than the Assassin version of the build and is easier to build on a budget. The Inquisitor ascendancy is also stronger than the Occultist version of the build because Inquisitor is a life based build that ignores the elemental resistances of enemies.
