1. Caster Amulet

Caster Amulets give 5-10% faster cast rate which greatly benefits Enigma builds that use Teleport.

What's needed:

1 Perfect Amethyst

1 Ral Rune

1 Jewel

1 Magic Amulet (you can gamble this at a high level)

Tip: The Caster Amulet can roll an additional 10% faster cast rate for a maximum of 20%. It has the highest chance of being +2 to skills when the magic amulet is gambled and crafted at level 93 or higher.

2. Blood Ring

Blood Rings add up to 3% life leech, up to 5 strength, and up to 20 life to a ring and can roll with additional life leech and/or mana leech.

What's needed:

1 Perfect Ruby

1 Sol Rune

1 Jewel

1 Magic Ring (you can gamble this at a high level)

Tip: The Blood Ring can have life leech as high as 11% and can also roll mana leech for a chance at a dual leech ring with all resistances. The 20 health on Blood Ring can also stack further to a fairly high amount.

3. Blood Gloves

Blood Gloves can roll with up to 10% Crushing Blow for the highest source of Crushing Blow available on gloves in the game. Blood Gloves also add up to 3% life leech and up to 20 life.

What's needed:

1 Perfect Ruby

1 Nef Rune

1 Jewel

1 Pair of Heavy Gloves/Sharkskin Gloves/Vampirebone Gloves (can be gambled at a high level)

Tip: Blood Gloves can roll with 10% crushing blow, 20% increased attack speed, +2 Java Skills or +2 Martial Arts Skills, and life and mana leech. You can reach a maximum of 6% life leech and 3% mana leech on Blood Gloves. You can wait until you find Vampirebone Gloves in a high level area or gamble them on a high character level and wait for them to upgrade to Vampirebone Gloves.

4. Blood Amulet

Blood Amulets can roll with up to 10% faster run/walk, up to 4% life leech, and up to 20 to life to an amulet. The faster run walk is a quality of life improvement that can speed up your runs while the life leech and health will improve your survival.

What's needed:

1 Perfect Ruby

1 Amn Rune

1 Jewel

1 Magic Amulet (can be gambled for at a high level)

Tip: The Blood Amulet can roll with dual leech with health and faster run/walk. It has the highest chance of being +2 to skills when the magic amulet is gambled and crafted at level 93 or higher.

5. Safety Amulet

Safety Amulet can roll with up to 10% increased block chance, damage reduced by 4, and magic damage reduced by 2. The increased block chance will lower the amount of Dexterity needed to have maximum block while also providing some damage reduction.

What's needed:

1 Perfect Emerald

1 Thul Rune

1 Jewel

1 Amulet (can be gambled for at a high level)

Tip: The Safety Amulet works similar to a high Dexterity roll for blocking purposes. It has the highest chance of being +2 to skills when the magic amulet is gambled and crafted at level 93 or higher.

Getting Runes and Perfect Gems

The runes and gems for crafting can be found just playing the game. If you find that you need them quicker, The Countess in the Forgotten Tower drops crafting runes frequently on Nightmare and Hell difficulty. The Cow Level is a great source for crafting runes and flawless gems which can be combined into perfect gems. Trading lesser items for perfect gems in a trade game is another common method for getting the perfect gems that are used in crafting.
