Diablo 4: Most Rewarding Activities

Introduction: This guide gives the Top 10 Most Rewarding Activities to complete in Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred. It should also give you an idea of how to progress your Diablo 4 character with the most rewarding activities and the most important objectives in Diablo 4.

Most Rewarding Activities:

1. The Pit of Artificer

This event should be returned to periodically throughout the game because it's needed to acquire Paragon glyphs, increase difficulties, and progress your Paragon board which are all very important for character progression. As an added bonus, it drops Murmuring Obols which can be traded in for a fairly high chance at ancient legendary items and unique items.

2. Tribute of Ascendance

This tribute has two versions designed for solo play and group play that give Mythics which is one of the largest power creeps in Diablo 4.

3. Boss Lairs

Once you have enough boss parts from playing through the game or from purchasing them from other players, this event provides high tier ancient legendary items and uniques at the fastest rate in the game and this event can also sometimes rarely drop Mythic items.

4. Infernal Hordes

Infernal Hordes have enhanced rewards when you challenge Bartuc with 666 or more fragments collected. The fight is somewhat difficult and sometimes requires you to drop the difficulty by one level to successfully defeat Bartuc. Infernal Hordes is a high priority activity when your War Plans or Tree of Whispers include it and also when you have plenty of Infernal Hordes Compasses to spare.

5. Various Tributes

Tribute of Titans which gives boss parts, Tribute of Harmony which gives runes, Tributes of Radiance which give increased chance of ancient legendary items, and Tributes of Refinement which gives the Obducite Masterwork material are also very important farms. They should be completed when the War Plan have it as an activity or when you have plenty to spare.

6. Escalation Sigils

This event has excellent rewards for the time spent but the Escalation Sigils are also somewhat rare finds.

7. World Bosses, Nightmare Dungeons, And Helltides That Are Tree Of Whispers and/or War Plan Objectives

These events drop items and are often a large five point objective for the Tree of Whispers which gives these activities extra rewards.

8. Nightmare Dungeons With a High Valued Reward

Nightmare Dungeons have a bonus modifier that sometimes rewards you with items that are important for your character's progression.

9. Other War Plans & Tree Of Whispers Objectives

These two activities are the standard way of farming and they can also sometimes be completed together.

​

10. Helltides And World Bosses

These final two activities are a lower priority when they're not a War Plan or Tree of Whispers objective.

Honorable Mention: Dungeons

Dungeons are a higher priority early on because you can acquire low tier Aspects before you have the most important Aspects.
