1st. Horde of the Ninety Savages Set (Frenzy)

The Horde of the Ninety Savages Frenzy Barbarian was majorly buffed way back in Season 28 which moved it up to the first place spot for Barbarian builds.​​​

Horde of the Ninety Savages Tips

1. You should focus on killing the larger mobs with this build for the fastest progression in Greater Rifts.

2. The defensive Nerves of Steel passive which provides a cheat death can be switched to the offensive Ruthless passive for increased damage at higher paragon levels.

3. The Aquila Cuirass seasonal power can be switched to the Convention of Elements ring which gives an occasional 200% elemental damage increase for four seconds once you have high enough paragon levels.

2nd. Immortal King's Call Set (Hammer of the Ancients)

The Immortal King's Call with Hammer of the Ancients Barbarian does very well when there's a seasonal Kanai's Cube power which gives the build stronger weapons.​​​​​​

Immortal King's Call Tips

1. The Little Rogue and The Slanderer weapons should be used on seasonal characters when there's an extra seasonal legendary power for a large increase to your attack speed, damage, and armor.

2. The Nerves of Steel passive which provides a cheat death should be changed to the Brawler passive for increased damage whenever three enemies are within 12 yards at higher paragon levels.

Wrath of the Wastes Tips​​

1. Rend is your main source of damage and deals damage over a one second duration so you can Whirlwind in wide circles to hit more enemies and still get the full damage of the Rend skill.

2. The Bul-Kathos's Oath Set makes Whirlwind generate Fury on hit which means you don't need a primary skill to generate Fury with this Barbarian build.

3. The Nerves of Steel passive which provides a cheat death should be changed to the Ruthless passive which gives 40% increased damage to enemies below 30% health once your paragon levels are high enough.
